应聘人员的要求如下:
1.Shipping industry experience, and the ones who have the background in international forwarding companies are much preferred
Operation/Customer Service: at least 1-2years working experience
Documentation: Green hand is also ok
2.Good communication / interpersonal skills
3.Willing to work under high pressures
4.Honest, deligent & responsbile
5.College or university graduates, CET-4 is a must
